At Derek Rose, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury loungewear or sleepwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Derek Rose packaging, ensuring all garment tags remain attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized location, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
